Sosa dropped off his fourth mixtape of the year to close out 2017, taking a page out of ’s book with his own Dedication mixtape. The 15-track project enlists, and GBE’s own Tadoe, as features on the project. The second song on the tape is named after, who was to have appeared in a sex tape with Tahoe, after the two were photographed together back in 2013.
More than half of the project’s production is handled by D. Rich, but a pair of tracks are actually self-produced by himself under his alias, Turbo. Speaking to, longtime creative director Colorful Mula confirmed the gritty tape was in fact prompted by Weezy's legendary Dedication series, “The album title was inspired by, so me and Keef wanted to find a creative spin on the original Dedication cover.” As for the scholastic cover, Mula also hinted that titles to future songs and projects could be found in the puzzle, “Keef randomly said 'crossword puzzle' and I took it from there. It's also fun to see what fans find in the puzzle which could always be a hint at future song titles and projects.”.
